"Do not look any further. Mike is a complete professional. We had a very unique situation. We had our wedding on Mackinac Island and only looked for vendors that were on the Island. We actually booked with a different DJ, who ended up having to cancel the day before the wedding! You can not imagine how stressful it was trying to get everything figured out. Luckily the DJ who had to cancel referred Mike. He came in and e-v-e-r-y-t-h-i-n-g ran absolutely perfectly. Mind you, he booked this wedding the DAY BEFORE THE WEDDING. He controlled the entire service, cocktail hour, speeches etc,. and the entire reception.

Was honestly the best experience we could have every imagined and Mike made it happen!"

We wanted you to be our DJ because when I met you at the wedding show and you were MCing, I thought you were so well spoken and fun. Boy, did we choose right! "Our guest had a fabulous time at our wedding at Mission Point Resort on Mackinac Island amplified by the entertainment provided Mike Williford from Northern Entertainment Consultants. He met with us before the event to understand our desires for the venue and musical taste. The music sounded fantastic even with the difficulty of an outdoor venue. Michael teamed with the matron and master of ceremony to keep the timing of events throughout the reception on schedule. He worked to our play-list and accommodated requests from our guests spanning decades of musical genres. We and our guest danced like fools until the closing time of the venue.

The highlight of evening, for us and our guest, was the Groom-Daughter dance musically arranged by Michael and our five daughters. It is an example of how Northern Entertainment Consultants care about their clients and ensure a spectacular event."

"We had the absolute best experience with Mike. He was punctual, fun and helpful. I made a playlist of some songs that I wanted played but most of the night, he was able to figure out the crowd and he played a great variety of music that kept most of our guests on the floor all night long. I wouldn't have had any other DJ play our wedding. If you are planning on getting married or having an event that you need music for in Northern Michigan, I would recommend Mike - hands down! He's reasonably priced and he will do whatever he can to help make your day special."

"Michael was the DJ at our wedding on Mackinac Island in September '12. He was one of the few that responded in a timely manner and always returned phone calls and emails promptly. He made a special appointment to meet us on the island to discuss the details a few months before our wedding. The day of the wedding he was awesome. He has a great voice for announcing and we were very pleased with his services. We only had a two hour window for dancing but during the two hours, the majority of our guests were on the floor dancing. He played music to get them dancing and kept them dancing the entire time. I would highly recommend him and I thank you Michael for exceeding our expectations."
